1 box tight spiral pasta 2 cups milk 1 tbs butter 1 c shredded sharp cheddar 1 c shredded swiss 1 c shredded parmesan 2 tbs spicy brown mustard (the secret ingredient!)
Cook and drain pasta as directed. Over low heat, combine butter and milk. When hot add in the cheeses and mustard. Stir like crazy until melted and mix with the pasta. We like to serve this with bratwurst cooked over the campfire!
