Moab: Adventure Town!



Moab, UT is a true adventure destination. The terrain is rugged, the scenery is other-worldly, and you can participate in just about any sport imaginable from hiking, biking, rock climbing, sky diving, kayaking, jeeping and even golfing!
Moab is surrounded by preserved lands including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, The Colorado Riverway, and the La Sal National Forest. Miles and miles of trails are available for hiking both in the parks and in more secluded canyons. There are world famous climbing routes and mt biking trails.
Chances are you have seen a movie that was filmed near Moab. Filmmakers flock to Moab for its stunning landscapes. There is almost always a film crew of some sort in town. Here are a few examples of films shot in Moab: Mission Impossible, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Thelma and Louise, and of course the recent movie 127 Hours.

On our Grand Canyon and the Wild West, Best of the West, and Arches and Canyonlands tours, folks have a chance to participate in a number of adventurous activities.
